UUTISET

Media7 Studios is the media production unit of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Finland. Media7 was organised in 1998 in order to translate and subtitle the "NeXt Millennium Seminar"series into Finnish. After that we have also translated a 20 part series called The Search and produced a 6 part series in Finnish called "Arjen keskellä" with Kalervo Aromäki as lecturer. Not to forget the Teenage-camp videos that are yearly produced as a memory to the campers.

Radio programs have been produced for quite a long time already, and the church has today several small studios in different parts of Finland.

Since the year 2000 we have broadcasted Sabbath Worships and other programs on live the Internet. The programs usually come from the church in Helsinki, Annankatu 7.

Are you interested in webcasting? We wrote down 8 things to consider, based on our own experience in the field. This is not a detailed technical description. We just want to give you a rough idea on what equipment and software you need. And it's not too difficult - go for it!
